a key hub for tilapia farming and processing, both in China and globally. As the industry grew, by-products like fish
scales and skins gained attention for their untapped potential. Audima team recognized the significant economic value
of these resources. Through ongoing investment in research and development and innovative approaches, we successfully
extracted high-purity collagen from fish scales, which was then processed into gelatin using our carefully designed and
patented methods. This gelatin boasts excellent physicochemical properties and is widely used in food supplements and
other applications, meeting the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical and food industries.
